Headquartered in Roanoke, VA Bit by Bit was founded in 1993 as one of the area's premier builders of customized computing solutions. Over time as technology changed so did Bit by Bit. In January 2004 our headquarters relocated to the Roanoke City Market. This move besides providing an increase in space also positioned us in a more central location, thus being able to be more responsive to our customers.
Today we are able to provide a full range of high quality services, focusing on the often overlooked small business market. We are able to fulfill the Voice and Data needs of our clients from conception to delivery to ongoing upgrades and maintenance. Since we are vendor neutral you can be guaranteed that any solution we provide is what you and your business need and not motivated by vendor agreements or commitments. While over the years, we have partnered with numerous equipment vendors we refuse to enter into any partnership agreements that will go against our focus of being able to provide our customers with all available options and thus maintain our vendor neutrality.
